Just to give you a bit of overview, our weight loss program purely works on the basis of balanced healthy food and nutrition. We believe in creating a healthy lifestyle rather than promoting quick weight loss /gain diets, pills or use of supplements.

What can I expect and how much will I lose?
We want you to understand that weight loss is not just a numbers game. Its more than just monitoring your weight on the weighing scale. However just for the sake of giving you an idea in numbers, you can expect 2-4 kgs of weight loss and 2-3 inch loss per month but the real results will simply depend upon your body system, metabolic rate, physical activity and your commitment to follow our diet plan to reach the goals. Also, keep in mind that spot reduction is a myth. This means that one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. Your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are unless you wish to get the fat layers removed from your body through some surgery - which is the worst you could do.
Can you provide a sample diet plan?
All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. Therefore we are unable to provide you any sample diet plans.
How will I get my diet plans for weight loss?
After you have completed your profile and enrolled into the weight loss service, a phone call will be scheduled between you and the dietitian and we call you at the scheduled time. Afterwards, weekly phone calls will be scheduled. Weekly diet plans for weight loss will then be sent to you via email, and will also be accessible on this site.
How are your weight loss diets like?
First of all, do not think of it as if you are dieting. We are against dieting for weight loss. Dieting is when you are deprived of certain foods and you restrict your calorie intake extremely that you lose weight. This way you will surely lose weight, but this results in other side effects to your body including hair loss, body weakness and general fatigue. We believe in healthy eating. Our diet plans are desgined to assist you integrate healthy eating in your lifestyle. You do not have to restrict yourself too much and you do not have to starve yourself for weight loss.
We do NOT believe in nor do we provide the so called paneer diet, soya diet, ice cream diet, soup diet, GM diet, blood group diet, etc. These are all fad diets; and the terms are famous just because of the marketing strategies used by someone to sell products or services. Although one might lose weight quickly by following such fad diets, but they can be dangerous in the long run. Balanced diet is the key. We do not promote quick weight loss diets as they are unhealthy and results are not permanent.
It is our promise that if you follow the diet plan for some time, not only you will lose fat, but you will start to feel overall healthy, you will feel lighter in the mornings, you will feel more energetic.

Dear friend, we are not selling a product. It is something you have to guarantee yourelf that you will be committed to the diet plan along with some type of physical activity or just regular walk.

Do I have to do anything else except following the diet for weight loss?
Physical activity is a must. It can be walk, brisk-walk, cycling, jogging, cardio, gyming, skipping or anything else. However, typically you are only required to walk daily for atleast 45 minutes.

How will you and I know if I am making progress?
This website has been designed specifically for this purpose. You will be able to record your weight and body measurements and monitor your progress very easily in the Trackers section.
How much it costs and how to pay?

You can pay online using any debit/credit card, net banking or bank transfer. If you are outside India, please select Paypal during payment process.
Can I get refund if I am not satisfied?
Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as change of mind, pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this programme that are not yet paid shall remain due.
